Steve, a provo resident called us after multiple attempts at getting a hold of his previous HVAC company. The previous company had installed a new AC the week prior and it wasn’t working. Steve tried calling them but they wouldn’t asnwer. When we arrived we immediatly noticed that the stystem was installed correctly. We had to pull out the furnace and reinstall it on the airflow base. We also installed an indoor coil in the coil case above the furnace. We were surprised and saddened that the previous company had done such a terrible job but happy we could leave with Steve with a working system.
